Memorial Metal Signs Refund Policy:

Non Personalization items- We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. and  are subject to a 20%  restocking fee, but is solely at the discretion of Memorial Metal Signs.

 Personalized Items- 

1. Damaged Sign: If you receive a damaged sign, you may request  a replacement free of charge within 14 days of receiving the item. Please contact us immediately with photographs of the damaged sign to initiate the replacement process.

2. Incorrect Customization: In the event that your sign arrives with incorrect customization due to an error on our part, we will gladly replace it with a corrected version at no additional cost to you. Please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving the sign, providing details and photographs showcasing the error.

3. Personalized Sign Dislikes: As our signs are highly personalized and made to order, we cannot offer refunds or replacements based on personal preferences or if you simply do not like the way the sign turned out. We encourage you to carefully review your customization details before placing an order to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
